State Contracting Policy Analysis Consultant
The Collaborative is a coalition of the state’s four major human service provider associations: the Association for Behavioral Healthcare, the Association for Developmental Disabilities Providers, the Children’s League of Massachusetts, and the Providers’ Council. The Collaborative seeks a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational and analytical skills to coordinate collective activities around rate setting pursuant to Chapter 257 of the Acts of 2008. The person will perform the role and duties as an independent contractor to analyze rates, assess the factors being considered, and to advise to their adequacy, fairness, and consistency with other contracted rate developments. Their work products, representations and tasks will be solely for The Collaborative and they will not receive any employee benefits or be considered an employee of The Collaborative or any of its associations. Featured Opportunity: Statewide Coordinator to address Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (aka CSEC Statewide Coordinator). The CSEC Statewide Coordinator will promote and support the multidisciplinary team (MDT) response to commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) based at the 12 Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) across the state as part of a two-year grant.
