Governor Signs Final FY25 Budget and Maintains Strong Investments for Children and Families
Children and family services remain strongly supported in the final FY25 budget, including through the record investment of $390M to fund human services (Chapter 257) rate updates.
The Children’s League of Massachusetts is a statewide non-profit association of private and public organizations and individuals that collectively advocate for public policies and quality services that are in the best interest of the Commonwealth’s children, youth, and families. It is through public education and advocacy that the Children’s League promotes the availability, accessibility, and quality of these needed services.

The Children’s League membership consists of organizations, agencies, and individuals from around Massachusetts working together as a unified front for public policy advocacy. Our membership reaches all corners of the state, working together to improve the well-being of children and their families.
CLM works together with our members and coalition partners to advocate for the best possible services for children and families in the Commonwealth. CLM works with state legislators to create change in the General Laws and we work with the state administration to implement change in regulations and the delivery of services to protect children and provide resources for families in need.
