These Guidelines are for DCF contracted providers of congregate care, comprehensive foster care, and support & stabilization.
The Incident Reporting Guidelines provide a protocol for providers of contracted services to communicate with DCF about concerning events involving children, adolescents, and young adults who are receiving contracted services.
The guidelines contain:
