The staff of CSR’s Adult & Homeless Services division has developed superior expertise in addressing the needs of individuals and families who are homeless. Our safe, secure, and nurturing environments enable them to regain their self-esteem, develop life skills and financial independence while remaining healthy and connected to their communities. The Case Manager coordinates all family support services and monitors the family's compliance to the individual's self-sufficiency plan. Assists Participants in identifying and reducing barriers to permanent housing. Be sensitive to the dignity and respect of program participants and staff.
