The CLM Transition Age Youth Coalition (TAYC) is a group of CLM members and external partners and stakeholders who are experts in youth advocacy, homelessness, and foster care, as well as youth themselves. The group mobilizes to improve supports and services for youth aging out of foster care without permanency.
- Budget priorities: Dedicated funds for transition-age youth
- Legislative priorities: Continuous review, feedback, and advocacy on key legislation impacting transition-age youth
- Policy priorities: Continuous work with state partners and other key stakeholders to strengthen supports for transition-age youth
