On Wednesday, November 9th, ADDP will be hosting a *FREE* training opportunity: Employee Wellness in a Post-Pandemic World
In this interactive program for Direct Support Professionals and other Program Managers, participants will focus on a FABULOUS framework for Wellness. This interactive program covers eight elements of resilience to manage stress and loss in a post pandemic world.

Event Objectives:
- Describe eight FABULOUS elements of resilience to mitigate burnout, secondary traumatic stress or vicarious trauma.
- Identify evidence-based strategies to increase wellness.
- Recognize ways to make meaning of a stressful career
The Presenter, Barbara Rubel, is a leading authority and award-wining author on managing occupational burnout, secondary traumatic stress, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. Barbara received a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Master of Arts degree in community health, with a concentration in thanatology, both from Brooklyn College.
Barbara Rubel has designed this talk to be specifically geared towards DSPs and Program Managers.
