The Case Manager coordinates all family support services and monitors the family's compliance to the individual's self-sufficiency plan. The Communications and Public Policy Specialist will work with the CLM team to advance CLM’s public policy agenda and raise the public profile of CLM and its members. This position will require the ability to build and sustain relationships with CLM’s membership, CLM partner organizations, members and staff of the Executive Branch, the State Legislature and media outlets. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills including writing and social media, the ability to manage their time and workload while maintaining high quality, and an interest in issues that affect children and families.
Treehouse Easthampton, an award-winning intergenerational community supporting foster/adoptive/kinship families, is looking for a highly collaborative social worker to join our team! The Child and Family Support Partner will work closely with the families and children to ensure that their emerging needs are met; will develop programming that engages the children, youth, and families; work as a member of a highly collaborative team to support three generations of Treehouse Easthampton community members. The Director of Public Policy is responsible for managing the overall legislative, budget, and regulatory agenda including: researching positions that are consistent with CLM’s mission; planning and drafting legislation and regulations; formulating legislative priorities with the Executive Director; staffing CLM legislative task forces; and supporting work with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services and departments regarding budgetary, regulatory and legislative issues.
The Associate Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the Child Services, Family Support Services, Specialized Recruitment Programs, and Communications/Public Relations departments of MARE. The Associate Director serves on the Leadership team and shall take on the responsibilities of Executive Director, as necessary. The Associate Director is responsible for representing MARE in new and existing programs to enhance networking and impact on a local, state and national level. Major responsibilities include supervising four Directors, mapping strategic vision and goals aligning four Departments, leading data collection and quality assurance efforts, developing new initiatives to further impact of recruitment and communications programs, and fostering workplace culture which reflects the organization’s core values of innovation, collaboration and compassion.
The Outreach and Support Coordinator for Black & Latino Families is responsible for implementing new and existing initiatives focused on improving the permanency outcomes of waiting youth of color and increasing the number of Black and Latino families beginning the process of adoption. This person will build, nurture and sustain long-term partnerships with individuals and organizations, including but not limited to cultural hubs, places of worship, community leaders and funders, in order to address the specific needs and challenges faced by Black and Latino families considering adoption. The Outreach and Support Coordinator for Black & Latino Families will support prospective families in navigating the early stages of consideration of adoption, offering individualized education and support to reduce barriers to retention.
